The programme aims to provide students with soft and practical skills to assist and prepare them for future pathways including higher education, apprenticeships and employment.
Students are guided through content by professional facilitators from The Talent Foundry, who will support them to identify their own skills and attributes, build confidence and resilience, and develop practical skills such as interview skills and CV writing. These skills are all vital for students to bridge the gap between education and an ever-changing employment environment.
Students are also supported throughout by business mentors from CISI, who will share valuable expertise and encouragement on how to succeed in the world of work.
