We have partnered with M&G and Odgers to run a new and exciting 'pre-apprenticeship' programme for Year 13 students.

This pre-apprenticeship programme will give students (who should have an interest in applying for apprenticeships once they leave school) the opportunity to gain an insight into a number of different departments and roles at M&G, whilst being mentored by a professional facilitator from The Talent Foundry, and experts from M&G and Odgers.

They will learn more about the apprenticeships on offer at the company, hone in on key employability skills required to thrive at M&G, and learn directly from M&G professionals through targeted activities about the different roles.

In addition to the four sessions with M&G, we have also partnered with international head hunters Odgers to offer students a free workshop where they will be coached through a range of activities on how to stand out from the crowd in an interview! More details will be sent on this opportunity once your students have secured a place on the programme.
