Powering Potential is a four part mentoring initiative designed for sixth formers from London schools, run in partnership with Dell EMC.


The fully facilitated sessions will offer the chance for students to foster an interest in the tech sector, gain an insight into the world of work, and build on their core employability skills and how these can be utilised in the job market.


Working alongside ‘Dell mentors’ from various departments across the global tech company, students are able to tap into the expertise and insight of their mentors week on week, and start to build their professional networks.


Each workshop has a clear focus in which students will build upon their core competencies, including teamwork, presentation skills and pitching to business professionals.


On conclusion of the programme, students will be better equipped with practical techniques which they can apply straight away, as well as increased confidence and communication skills in meeting new people which they can take forward with them as they consider their futures.
