Description:
| We have partnered with MediaCom and Odgers to run a new and exciting 'pre-apprenticeship' programme for Year 13 students. This pre-apprenticeship programme will give students (who should have an interest in applying for apprenticeships once they leave school) the opportunity to gain an insight into a number of different departments and roles at MediaCom, whilst being mentored by a professional facilitator from The Talent Foundry, and experts from MediaCom and Odgers. They will learn more about the apprenticeships on offer at the agency, hone in on key employability skills required to thrive at MediaCom, and learn directly from Mediacom professionals through targeted activities about the different roles. In addition to the four sessions with MediaCom, we have also partnered with international head hunters Odgers to offer students a free workshop where they will be coached through a range of activities on how to stand out from the crowd in an interview! More details will be sent on this opportunity once your students have secured a place on the programme. |
